Liz Grima is Senior Vice President of Human Resource Services for Golden Innovations, a comprehensive healthcare service company that includes Aegis Therapies, Aegis Acute Rehab, AseraCare Hospice and Home Health, and 360 Healthcare Staffing. She is responsible for all recruitment and human resources functions including staffing, employee development and retention for the Golden Innovation companies. In addition, she recently assumed management responsibility for the operations of 360 Healthcare Staffing. Ms. Grima manages more than 60 employees across all of the Golden Innovations business units.

During her 13 year tenure, Ms. Grima has worked directly with company business units to incorporate the Human Resources Department as a strategic business partner with the Operations Department in company-wide initiatives. These efforts have included departmental reorganization, process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to respond to federal funding cuts, and the roll-out of succession planning for the enterprise.

Ms. Grima has been a healthcare human resources professional for more than 16 years. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Continental Medical Systems and Rehab Management Services.

Ms. Grima earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
