Roger R. believes in the positive impact of connecting with people. “I once heard that people don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care,” he says.

As one of 360’s traveling physical therapists, Roger evaluates and treats patients in a number of skilled nursing facilities. One interaction that stands out for him is the time he worked with a patient who ended up having a remarkable change almost overnight in functional status. The experience was one he will not soon forget.

Along with helping patients achieve their goals through physical therapy, Roger appreciates many other aspects of his job. “I enjoy the fast pace, working with a great team, the learning experiences and the freedom and flexibility of being a traveler,” he says. “I love the team atmosphere both in the facilities where I have worked but also within the organization of 360 Healthcare. I believe the learning opportunities are endless to further yourself and your career.”
